I believe those skills and experiences will serve me well as Milton Township Supervisor. I have managed over one billion dollars in real-estate and I am known for bringing my projects on time and under budget. I served as the Vice President for national Open Door Institute where I managed membership with banks, real estate brokers, attorneys, large contractor firms, and title companies. From 2001 to 2004, I worked with Walgreens, CVS, Ace Hardware and Osco on land acquisitions. I have partnered with major financial institutions working on foreclosures in the default industry since 1995. Komen Breast Cancer FoundationĪs a nationally recognized real estate agent, working with multibillion-dollar hedge funds and banks, I manage bulk sales, building management, remodeling, and rehab sales throughout the United States. Volunteer, Northern Illinois Food Bank and other local food pantries.Assisted with the complete remodel of Memorial Park.Board of Directors, Lions International Wheaton.Vice President of the Township Officials of DuPage, member of the Executive Board managing social media & press relations and the interviewing of all township and county elected officials.I believe I have an in-depth understanding of the operational requirements needed to effectively run the township. I have studied the financials of each of townships departments to ensure the taxpayer’s money is being used appropriately and conservatively. Respect for the taxpayers should be a priority for all elected officials. I currently serve as Trustee and have worked on crafting the annual budget. Since 2008, I have been honored to be involved with Milton Township government, filling different roles wherever needed.
